My kids keep me young.  Love their 10,000 questions everyday! Their magical wonder and curiosity is refreshing as it reminds me of when I was a child, wondering and not worrying.  It helps to realize my dependency on Daddy God.  My kids don't worry about if the mortgage was paid or what they will wear and eat.

The ROAD to SALVATION is a simple yet powerful method of explaining

• WHY we need salvation
• HOW God provides salvation
• HOW we can receive salvation
• WHAT the RESULTS of salvation are

It is not enough just to know about these scriptures,
rather we must choose to respond

• accept what Jesus Christ has done  

• reject what Jesus Christ has done

The following 4 Scriptures from the Book of Romans are a great summary of the message of the
whole Bible:

1. Romans 3:23 - All have sinned & fall short of the glory of God.
2. Romans 6:23 - The wages of sin is death (separation from God).
3. Romans 5:8 - But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
4. Romans 10:9 - If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," &

 believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead - you will be saved.

One way to do what Romans 10:9 says is through a simple Prayer of Faith like this

Father God, Lord Jesus, I want to know You personally.  Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins and then rising from the dead.  I open the door of my heart & receive You as my Savior and Lord.  Thank you for forgiving me of my sins & giving me eternal life.  
​Take complete control of the wheel in my life vehicle & help me to change.  
Make me into the kind of person you want me to be.

A solid morning routine, is vital for my sanity, clarity and personal growth.  It takes 40 days to make a HABIT and only 1 day to break it.

If you haven't already started a prayer list or prayer journal, I encourage you to get a simple notebook. Encourage your kids to journal their prayer requests too.  
Go deeper: be intentional in your prayer time and specific with requests.  ​
